Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Only unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Ensure the product is securely packaged and include your order number and RA number inside the return parcel.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
